“Staff are very friendly. The hotel is very large, so communication can sometimes be slow—be patient. The room and view are absolutely beautiful. Restaurants are good, though some of the food is just average. There isn’t much fresh fruit, and what’s available isn’t very sweet. On the other hand, the fruit drinks are too sweet. There are lots of activities, and the kids’ club is excellent. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay with stunning views. ”
“This hotel is lovely! Great food options and beautiful views. Hotel was quiet because we visited during down season. Hotel is huge and was confusing for the first hour until we figured everything out. You have to take the funicular to get to the bottom and see the watermark and extra pool. Also Oasis pool side food is down at the bottom. Rooms clean and new. The hotel staff wasn’t interactive unless you engaged with them. I expected better service. But overall lovely, likely return if possible....

You have the option of ordering off the menu. The staff throughout the hotel are really professional and kind. My favorites were Winston; he makes the best rum punch ever and coming in at #1 is Christopher Coyle. Christopher was excellent because he understands the value of great customer service. "Resort molto bello e, soprattutto, compatto. Non è necessario muoversi per centinaia di metri, tutte le varie strutture sono collegate tra loro, in una specie di U. Personale molto cortese, si viene messi a proprio agio fin dal primo istante. Segnalo la possibilità di sottoscrivere una membership per avere facilitazioni in una serie di hotel, per periodi di 10 o 20 anni: se vorrete ascoltare la proposta, mettetevi comodi (in paricolar modo se interessati a sottoscriverla). Camere GRANDI e molto belle"
